Traverse Management Resources, Inc., co-owned by partners Russ and Leslie Knopp, was created to help people and their organizations envision their desired destination, plot the course and navigate changing conditions to get there. Who We Are

Russ and Leslie Knopp have consulted with hundreds of businesses, schools and nonprofit organizations individually and together for over ten years. Trained in the facilitation methods originated at the Institute of Cultural Affairs, the Knopps are members of the International Association of Facilitators. Russ' professional roots are anchored in a successful sales career, where he identified clients' needs and provided creative solutions. His corporate management experiences include training, marketing, staff development, and developing business plans and strategies to increase profitability and market penetration. Prior to founding Traverse Management Resources, Inc., Leslie owned and operated Initiatives, a consulting firm specializing in educational partnerships, with a focus on collaborative strategic planning. Her background is in education, as a teacher of secondary and adult students, partnership director, and administrator with responsibility for internal and external communications.
